1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other destructive activities.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) or other forms of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
  • Hosting or distributing content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engaging in any activity that is likely to result in retaliation against the SeNSEI Cloud network or website, including engaging in behavior that results in any server being the target of a denial of service (DoS) attack.
  • Running public VPNs, Tor exit nodes, or other anonymizing services.

2. Resource Usage

You may not consume excessive amounts of server resources, including CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth, that may interfere with the performance of other clients' services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that are found to be using an unacceptable amount of resources.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may, without notice to you, suspend or terminate your access to the Service if, in our sole judgment, you have violated this AUP. We may also report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.

4. Modifications

We may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use the services after the effective date of any modifications to this AUP, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
